Here is a brief summary of today’s episode of “The Live True Podcast.”  You can use this as a reference or reminder of key things you feel like you need to pay attention to or pass on to others, in the next 7 days of your life.

Comparing ourselves to someone else distracts us from our own assignment -our own life path -in comparison it’s  like we disown ourselves – in search of someone better.

Sometimes it’s easier to obsess about whether or not someone else is  “better than me” than to do the hard work of finding our own self-worth and unconditional self-love.

Comparison =measuring ourselves against the looks, personalities, possessions and performance of others. Comparison involves either downgrading ourselves or downgrading others

“Comparison is the thief of joy.”

Theodore Roosevelt
